TrophyStreak is owned and operated by Popper Digital LLC. This page lists everything we collect and why. We do not sell your data.

What we collect when you make an account

If you create an account we store your email address, how you signed in (email and password, or Google sign-in), your username, display name and any avatar you upload or choose, plus your settings such as time zone, favorite categories and notification choices. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic profile name from Google; we never see your Google password.

Game results

For every game you play we store the date, the game, the sport and setup where relevant, your moves, your score and the details needed to show your result card and check that the score is genuine. Signed-in results are saved to your account; guest results stay on your device until you choose to save them.

Groups and comments

If you create or join a group we store your membership, your role, any group nickname, and the comments, reactions and reports you post. Members of a group can see your nickname, scores and the stats built from them, but never your email address. Group pages are private and not indexed by search engines.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message so we can reply.

Local storage on your device

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme and accessibility settings, save guest progress and results, keep a random device ID used to check guest scores, and remember your cookie choice.

Analytics

We use Lovable's built-in hosting analytics, which counts page visits without cookies. With your permission we also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure visits and how games are used (for example that a game was started or finished, and its score). We never send your name, email, username or account ID to Google Analytics. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland have Google Analytics turned off until they accept; everyone else can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode, and advertising storage is always off.

Cloudflare

Our site is served through Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse and bots. These are not used for tracking.

Exporting your data

Signed-in players can download a copy of their account data at any time from Settings, using Export my data.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an account removes your profile, your scores and your group memberships, and passes any group you own to the next longest-standing member. Guest data can be removed by clearing your browser's site data. You can also ask us to delete anything we hold by emailing us.
