Stat Line
Read a real season stat line and name the player behind it.
How to play Stat Line
Stat Line is a daily sports recognition game built on real season statistics from hoopR NBA data by sportsdataverse and nflverse. Each of five rounds shows a real player's season, team and key stats, and you choose which of four same-position players produced that line.
- Read the season, team and key stats shown for the current round.
- Review the four player options, all from the same position.
- Choose the player you believe produced that exact stat line.
- Complete all five rounds to see your final score for the day.
Scoring
Each correct round is worth 20 points, so a perfect run across five rounds scores 100. A wrong pick simply earns zero points for that round.
Tips
- Team and season clues can rule out options just as fast as the stats themselves.
- Unusual career-best numbers are a strong signal for which player had a standout year.
- All four options share a position, so focus on era and team rather than role.
- If two options feel equally likely, pick the one whose team matches the listed season best.
FAQ
- Are the stat lines in Stat Line real?
- Yes. Every stat line comes from real recorded seasons in hoopR NBA data by sportsdataverse and nflverse.
- Is Stat Line affiliated with any league?
- No. TrophyStreak is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team or players association.
- Why are the four options always the same position?
- Keeping the position constant makes the round about recognizing the stats, not guessing by role.
- Can I replay Stat Line?
- Your first completed attempt is saved as the daily result. A new scored set of five rounds arrives at midnight US Eastern.
