4️⃣ Mini Sudoku

Mini Sudoku shrinks the classic logic puzzle down to a four-by-four grid that most players can finish in a couple of minutes. You fill in the missing numbers so that 1 through 4 each appear exactly once in every row, column and two-by-two box.

1. Look at the given numbers already filled into the grid.
2. Tap an empty cell to cycle it through the numbers 1 to 4.
3. Make sure each row, column and two-by-two box ends up with 1 through 4 exactly once.
4. Submit the completed grid to see your score.

Scoring

Your score reflects the share of cells that match the correct solution, scaled to a total out of 100. A fully correct grid earns the full score for the day.

• Scan each two-by-two box first — with only four numbers, missing values are easy to spot.
• Work the row or column with the most given numbers before the emptier ones.
• If a cell has only one possible number left, fill it immediately before moving on.
• Double-check boxes last, since row and column fixes can accidentally repeat a number there.

Does everyone get the same Mini Sudoku grid?

Yes. The grid is generated from the game date and identical for every player that day.

Can I replay Mini Sudoku?

Your first completed attempt is saved as the daily result. A new scored grid arrives at midnight US Eastern.

Is Mini Sudoku the same difficulty every day?

The number of given cells varies slightly day to day, keeping the puzzle quick but not identical each time.

What happens if I submit an incomplete grid?

You cannot submit until every cell has a number, though incorrect numbers are allowed in the submission.
